Ethiopian militia in traditional dress, with rifles.
The shamma(cloak), tight-fitting pants and long shirt were all made of white cotton, although at least some Ethiopians dyed their clothes a khaki color to make themselves less visible.
Any of our Ethiopian command figures could be used with the militia. The Italians recorded that it was hard to distinguish leaders because of a lack of distinctive rank markings or dress, so you could even take one of these and mark him as a leader on the base.
Eight figures, 2 each of the four figures shown.
NOTE: All figures are sold plain (not primed or painted) and without additional basing.
