Shipping
We attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible, with tracking along the way. While we are not able to offer free shipping, the price of our products don’t have the shipping charge built in nor do we have any kind of membership fee.
We generally ship via the U.S. Post Office Priority Mail or Priority International Mail, which I have found to be cost-effective and generally fast. At times we may use UPS or another class of service if that would be cheaper for you while still maintaining speed and security.
Delivery times are usually 1-3 days domestic U.S. mail or 6-10 days international. The U.S. Post Office has a new class of service called Ground Advantage, which is still tracked and is typically only one day slower to U.S. locations. December holiday mail can slow delivery times considerably.
Overseas customs is the usual reason for delays beyond the norm. I include your contact information on the shipping label to ensure customs can contact you if needed.
Returns
If, for any reason, your Askari Miniatures product does not meet your expectations, simply return it for a refund or replacement. Please contact us in advance for specific instructions.
If something arrives damaged, simply ask for a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your product, simply mail it to: 20270 Lockridge Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80908.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
