Foreign Legion Classic

Foreign Legion troops in their classic “Beau Geste” uniforms of dark blue overcoat, white trousers and bourgeron and covered kepi. The overcoat was not always worn and so some of our figures are all white.

The Bataillons d’Infanterie Legere d’Afrique, also called BILA, Bat’ d’Af’, Joyeux, or Zephyrs, wore the identical uniform.
