Turkish Army

The Turkish Army that fought the Russians in 1877-8 was in a period of transition. A new uniform more along European lines had been introduced in 1876, but most of the army was still in the 1861 Zouave-style uniform.

Most of our figures are in the Zouave-style uniforms, but you can see the newer 1876 uniforms on the Gatling Crew and the Pasha.
