Description

Dismounted cavalrymen of the 1st Foreign Legion Cavalry Regiment (1er REC).

These figures are wearing the light gandourah over their khaki uniforms. Also visible are the seroual trousers, an alternative to cavalry breeches.

Six figures, three each of the two types shown.

This uniform was worn by the Legion in the 1920s and 30s in Syria and Morocco.
