Just for “grins,” a pre-production photo of a new British WWI-era downed airman:
He’s holding his pistol (or maybe a flare gun), ready to fire it to gain attention and possibly a rescue. Of course, he could also be warning off the approaching Huns. Dressed in leather flying coat and boots, there’s really nothing to say he’s not any airman of the open-cockpit period.
I also thought I might call him “Archie” after the stuff that may have brought him down. After soome suggestions, I’ve decided to name him Archibald “Giggles” Lansdowne, later Sir Archie. Of course, when you buy him, he’s anyone you want him to be.
He will be one of the limited edition Personality figures.
