I had bought some clay figures in Cairo years ago and they have provided inspiration for several new figures in the developing Egyptian series. There’s another pot on his back, connected to the rope.
Who knows? He could be selling the contents of the pots instead of the pots themselves. You are limited only by your imagination…or the scenario.
I expect to be releasing a couple of sets of Egyptians a month in the next several months. Of course, they don’t have to be Egyptians: the fez was worn throughout the Ottoman Empire and some of the figures will have a turban or skull cap instead.
